C.O.D. is a mentoring program that was formed to prevent incarceration as well as reinforce the mentees potential and gift that has been with them ALL of their lives but just needed to be pointed out, fine tuned and highlighted by gifted mentors.

CITIZEN
A Returning Citizen is someone who may have already fallen victim to the Penal System. It is our belief that through rehabilitation with strong and consistent sponsors, public officials, vocational training and a minimum of 1 year commitment to our program that our Returning Citizens can be successfully rehabilitated.
This program is being powered by God fearing participants from the church, state and other various arenas. Churches in Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne counties that are interested in sponsoring a Returning Citizen contact us and download an application today!
